Who you are buying from
SkyBit, an FPV shop in Batumi, Georgia. Everything here is sold and sent by one person, which is why the last step of a purchase is a conversation with him rather than a form.
Prices
Every price on this site is in Georgian lari and includes VAT. Prices can change, and the one that binds is the price confirmed in the conversation, not the one that was on the screen an hour earlier.
What is on the shelf
Stock counts come from the shop's own inventory and are usually right within the minute, but they are a report and not a reservation. Nothing is held for you until it has been confirmed.
What the numbers on a product page mean
Weights, thrust to weight ratios and flight times are calculated from the manufacturers' published figures. They are estimates, they are labelled as estimates everywhere they appear, and they are not a promise about your build, your pack or the way you fly.
Where a specification comes from a manufacturer, it is theirs, and it is passed on as it was given.
Paying
There is no card payment on this site. Payment is arranged in the conversation, and Bank of Georgia and TBC card payments are coming.
An order exists once it has been confirmed in that conversation. Until then a full basket is a list of things you are interested in, and it commits neither of us.
Flying what you buy
Where and how a drone may be flown is decided by Georgian aviation rules and not by this shop. Nothing sold here comes with permission to fly it somewhere that permission is needed.
The law this is read under
Georgian law. Nothing on this page takes away a right that consumer law gives you: where the two disagree the law wins, and this paragraph is the shop saying so in advance.
